I also realized that I wanted to do this because I was not happy with how I looked. I took some "before" pictures and didn't like what I saw. So therefore I decided to change it. Juicing, along with p90x, is going to help me tone up everything that I want toned up. I WILL have that beach body before the summer time. Mark my words! Lol. I just need to be serious about this (which I am) enough to change my eating habits once I'm doing juicing. I need to cut out all junk food and focus more on the healthy food. I think I'm going to start putting my vegetarian cook book to work! Any fellow vegans out there with yummy recipes? 😋

Juicing: Day 2
So today is day 2 of my juicing diet and let me tell you.... I wanted to cheat soooooo bad yesterday! I was craving everything that's bad for me. Pollo loco, McDonalds, chips, cookies, etc! You name it and I wanted it! But I didn't cave in! I told myself that I was going to go through with this and I am. I refuse to let myself down.
